Here I combined the first and then with the three star reward token boards and came up with this behaviour management tool. Everything you need on one board, no more fidgeting with 2 boards, its made my life so much easier!

Visual Support Folder

In class I needed a place for each of my students to keep their customised visuals and reward systems,  so I created the Visual Folder.  The “I’m working for,” was important to the students as it was already an established tool, now the students have a choice of what to work for with the token economy and what they would need to complete the tasks I set.

I customized the folders, in particular the one above for a student that had difficulty sticking to his schedule so I added the First and Then, another important tool, under the schedule to keep him focused, eg “First” number work “Then” reward choice.
